Aaosa – Return & Refund Policy
At Aaosa, every saree and kurti is a reflection of timeless craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and the passion we pour into preserving India’s textile heritage with a contemporary twist. We take immense care in curating and delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned — and we’re here to help.
This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges may be requested, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for our customers.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size/design/color).

You notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The item is returned unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of the fabric/fit, as our products are crafted in limited batches and often made-to-order.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return:

Email us at shop.aaosa@gmail.com with your Order ID and a clear description of the issue.

Attach photographs showing the product and the area of concern (for damage or defect).

Our team will assess your request and respond within 2 business days.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with return shipping instructions or arrange a reverse pickup (subject to serviceability in your area).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item:

Our quality control team will inspect the product.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed via your original mode of payment.

The amount will reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

If the product fails the return quality check (used, washed, or damaged by customer), no refund will be issued.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory limitations.
If you wish to receive a different product or size:

You may return the originally delivered item (if eligible).

Place a new order for your desired item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds on:

Products bought on sale or clearance

Customised, made-to-order, or personalised pieces

Items that show signs of use or tampering

Gift cards or promotional vouchers
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
