Aaosa – Shipping Policy

At Aaosa, we aim to ensure that every order reaches you safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. Each product is packed with care to preserve its elegance and handcrafted detailing during transit. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
For international shipping, please email us at shop.aaosa@gmail.com with your location and product details. We will evaluate feasibility and get back to you with custom shipping options.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Made-to-order or custom pieces may take 7–12 business days to dispatch, depending on the complexity and craftsmanship involved.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–9 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: Up to 10 business days

Please note: These are estimated timelines. Delivery may be delayed slightly during high-demand seasons, festivals, or unforeseen courier disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping (India): Free on all prepaid orders above ₹3,000

  • For orders below ₹3,000, a nominal shipping fee of ₹99 will be charged at checkout

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pincodes, with an additional COD fee of ₹60

5. International Shipping

We currently handle international deliveries manually to ensure quality and compliance. For international shipping:

  • We will calculate and inform you of the actual shipping cost based on destination and weight.

  • Delivery timelines vary between 10–20 working days.

Customs duties, if applicable, are to be borne by the customer.

6. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we work with trusted logistics partners, Aaosa is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier issues or strikes

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at the time of purchase.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive an email/WhatsApp with a tracking link

  • You can also track your order by entering the tracking number on the courier’s website
